1. RESEARCH EXHIBITION

   • Exhibition open for the public on Saturday 25/01/2025, from 1pm-6pm

   • Exhibition open for participants on invitation only from 09/01/2025 - 30/01/2025

   • Location of the exhibition: Kasteel de Spoelberch, Groot Park 2, 3360 Lovenjoel, Accessible by foot, car, bus or bike. (enter Bijzondereweg 12, 3360 Lovenjoel in your GPS, and follow the road signs once you’re close)

2. SYMPOSIUM

   • Symposium: 31/01/2025 - Register here: https://icts.kuleuven.be/apps/onebutton/registrations/796821

   • Talks by: Flavia Dzodan, Frank Maet, Jan Verpooten, and Michiel Willems

   • Location of the Symposium: TRANSfarm, ‘De Serre’, Bijzondereweg 12, 3360 Lovenjoel (BE)

   • Timing:

     • 12u30-13u30: visit exhibition + lunch (if you registered for lunch) 

     • 13u30-14u15: Talk 1

     • 14u15-15u: Talk 2

     • 15u-15u15: Break

     • 15u15-16u: Talk 3

     • 16u-16u45: Talk 4

     • 16u45-17u: End

   • For route: Set your GPS to ‘Bijzondereweg 12, 3360 Lovenjoel’, once you are near the location, there will be signs of ‘TRANSfarm’, just follow these. Parking is available next to TRANSfarm, entrance via the gate.
